Planning trips ahead of time - not always a good idea

I've scheduled trips as much as 1 1/2 years in advance and have done so for the last 9 years. I've never had problems with anything else getting in the way of my plans. This year, however, it has happened two times. One of those times was extremely important. From now on.....I won't be scheduling and posting any future trips here. I will go through with the trips listed here that I already have scheduled up until the March 2013 trip. That's it, though. Afterwards, I will simply go on trips when I have time.
